'Novel Insights' Blog
As a passionate reader, I sometimes come across a sentence or paragraph in a novel that I believe captures an essential truth of what it is to be human. Not only are these a joy to read - they also offer a compassionate lens through which to view the challenges that face us all. Knowing we are not alone with our experiences is, in itself, healing.

In my 'Novel insights' blog, I've combined a few of my favourite excerpts with my thoughts on what they say about the human condition. I hope this offers the reader a glimpse into a few novels they may not otherwise discover, as well as a fresh take on some of the concepts we therapists hold in mind as we sit with our clients.
